Ultra-low Noise

With minimum noise equivalent powers of 3.0 pW / √ Hz  and 1.4 pW / √ Hz  for the visible and infra­red versions of the DPD80, it has lowest in class noise floor.

Fast Digital Data Streaming with USB 3.1

The DPD80 can contin­uously stream data to your computer at a sample rate of 80 mega­samples / second using USB 3.1. This digital connection from photo­detector to computer simplifies exper­imental setups, elim­inates added noise that can be picked up in BNC cables, and powers the device so that it doesn't require a sep­erate power supply.

Included User Interface for Real-time Data Analysis

Our touch-screen compatable user inter­face allows you to view the incoming data in either the time domain or the frequ­ency domain, elim­inating the need for an external oscill­oscope, spectrum analyzer or analog to digital converter to view your optical signal. Our UI allow you to apply filters to the data, save and much more. We also support Python on MATLAB so that you can auto­mate your data taking with ease.
